Buying a Home in PHP

Pine Hill Park is an active 55+ mobile home community managed and maintained by volunteers. Residents are able to maintain an active, independent lifestyle and are expected to contribute to the park’s efficient operation, which keeps our maintenance fees low.

The Board of Directors approves all home sales.  You must complete the attached application and return it to the office at 96 Pine Avenue, along with a $100 application fee. The Board will decide and respond within ten business days.

Living in Pine Hill Park comes with specific rules and restrictions. We’d like to encourage you to review these guidelines, which are included in the application, before making a decision to purchase a home in our community.
